I'm Server Manager of the main Raise Animals 2 Discord (4,000+ members) and its support server.

Raise Animals
The original Raise Animals had a main Discord of 175,000+ members and a support server of 35,000+. Both are now closed. At that scale, moderation and support meant clear rules, a staff team that knew who handled what, and support flows that could absorb spikes after every update.

Discord Webhook Manager
A self-hosted web app the staff use to write, preview and send Discord webhook announcements without touching code.
- Live preview that mirrors Discord's rendering: embeds, markdown, Twemoji, timestamps, mentions
- “Update on Discord” edits the last sent message in place
- JSON export / import, including raw Discohook payloads
- Access-code login
- Data stored outside the app folder
- Zero dependencies (Node)
